Plastic ball,Polypropylene Balls(PP balls)
2016-10-31
Profile
Polypropylene balls have excellent chemical resistance and low density, as well as the highest melting point of the volume thermoplastics. Polypropylene balls also have high tensile strength. They are an excellent electrical insulator, with low dielectric constant and loss factors. Polypropylene balls are highly resistant to acids, alkalis, alcohols and many inorganic chemicals, and are non-toxic.Size Range

Low load bearings, special valves, check valves, flotage valves, fluid level indicators, carburetors, flow meters, chemical, medical and laboratory devices, blood transfusion kits.
Corrosion Resistance
Polypropylene balls resists in not concentrated acids, alkali, alcools, oils, greases and most inorganic compounds. Fair resistance in aromatic hydrocarbons, they do not resist in contact with halogens. They show corrosive phenomena even in presence of concentrated acids and oxidizing agents at high temperature.
